DYŻURY DYDAKTYCZNE
Ze względu na nieregularny grafik zajęć nauczycieli akademickich Pracowni oraz licznych obowiązków dydaktycznych i organizacyjnych, w celu odbycia konsultacji proszę umawiać się indywidualnie drogą mailową (wpisując w tytule wiadomości: „Spotkanie z nauczycielem akademickim”). Zgodnie z regulaminem Studiów, korespondencja ze Studentami odbywa się za pośrednictwem oficjalnych adresów mailowych utworzonych na serwerze Uczelni.

Due to the irregular schedules of our academic staff and their many teaching and organizational commitments, please arrange consultations individually by email (subject line: „Meeting with an academic staff member”). In accordance with the Study Regulations, all correspondence with students must be conducted through official email addresses provided on the University’s server.

WAŻNA INFORMACJA DOTYCZĄCA BIURA JEDNOSTKI
W obecnym czasie trwa zmiana pomieszczenia administracyjnego Pracowni Dydaktyki Medycznej. W związku z powyższym prosimy, by nie dostarczać do biura żadnych dokumentów, zarówno drogą listowną, jak i osobiście.
INFORMACJA DOTYCZĄCA PRZEPISYWANIA ZALICZEŃ Z PIERWSZEJ POMOCY
W celu uzyskania przepisania zaliczenia z przedmiotu Pierwsza pomoc, należy przesłać droga mailową na adres pdm@cm.umk.pl następujące dokumenty:
- Podanie skierowane do właściwego Prodziekana (wydrukowane, podpisane i zeskanowane).
- Dokument potwierdzający zaliczenie przedmiotu, na podstawie którego wnioskowane jest przepisanie zaliczenia (tj. karta przebiegu studiów lub suplement).
- Sylabus przedmiotu, na podstawie którego wnioskowane jest przepisanie zaliczenia.
Bez pełnej, właściwie przygotowanej dokumentacji wniosek nie będzie rozpatrywany.
Złożenie wniosku ze stosownymi załącznikami możliwe jest przez pierwsze dwa tygodnie semestru zimowego. W związku z powyższym, wnioski o przepisanie zaliczenia zostaną rozpatrzone pod koniec drugiego tygodnia semestru zimowego, a decyzja przesłana zostanie drogą mailową.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE LOCATION OF THE DEPARTMENT’S OFFICE
Currently, the administrative office of the Laboratory for Medical Education is being relocated. Therefore, we kindly ask that no documents be delivered to the office, either by mail or in person.
INFORMATION ON THE TRANSFER OF FIRST AID COURSE CREDIT
Students wishing to apply for the transfer of course credits for First Aid are required to submit the following documents by e-mail to pdm@cm.umk.pl:
- An application addressed to the appropriate Vice-Dean (the application must be printed, signed and scanned).
- A document confirming completion of the course on basis of which the credit transfer is requested (e.g. a transcript of records or diploma supplement).
- The course syllabus on basis of which the credit transfer is requested.
Please note that incomplete or improperly prepared documentation will not be considered.
Applications, along with the required attachments, must be submitted within the first two weeks of the winter semester. All applications for credit transfer will be reviewed at the end of the second week of the winter semester, and the decision will be communicated to students via e-mail.
